Fondant Covered Cakes
Vanilla or Almond Butter Cake:
Our signature cake. The scent of butter greets you when you cut into
this dense beauty. This cake can be flavored with almond, hazelnut,
lemon, orange, lavender and almost any other flavor you can dream up.
Chocolate Fantasy:
Who said chocolate cakes have to be dry? This chocolate sensation melts
on your tongue and demands, in a sweet way of course, that you come
back for more.
Banana: Yes. Banana. I had a groom that
insisted on banana for his wedding and even that the top layer be in
banana as well. It was fabulous. It's a lovely cake that takes the
weight of the fondant very well and is yet moist and delicious.
Icing Covered Cakes
Absolutely anything your heart desires, including all of the above, but here's a few to tickle your fancy.
Lemon, Chocolate Malted, Silvery White, Hummingbird, Carrot
Ganache Covered Cakes
Any of the above, but let's face it, these cakes are all
about the chocolate. So, if you dream in chocolate, then a glossy
ganache will make your dreams come true, whether you dream in dark or
white or somewhere in between, these glassine beauties in dark
chocolate are a prime candidate for decorating with gold leaf, sugared
fruits or berries.

The Icings
Fondant Covered Cakes
Fondant is
draped over a layer of traditional buttercream, which can be lightly
flavored with any number of essential oils, extracts or liqueurs. A
Little Romance Cakes uses a generous buttercream base under its fondant
cakes to ensure that all your guests are happy.
Icing Covered Cakes
American Buttercream: Vanilla, Lavender, Bergamot, Lemon, Orange, Lime, Coconut, Espresso, Chocolate, Ginger-Nutmeg...
Cream Cheese: A perfect mate to any of the fruit curds and spicy cakes like banana, ginger, carrot, or hummingbird.
Italian Buttercream: Incredibly rich and less sweet than American Buttercream. Does not tolerate heat well.
